Performance ECU for a Cutlass Supreme

I've seen them before, but I can't seem to track one down when I actually want to get one.

I have a 94 Cutlass Supreme with a 3.4L DOHC engine, and I was looking for a piggyback ECU that I can easily connect and disconnect when some @$$hole in a ricerocket gets a little too cocky

The ones ive seen advance the timing, adjust the mixture, and gear shifting; it's also supposed to remove the top speed limit.

If someone has any information on this, I would apreciate it.
