looking good, how do you guys make it so the background is white? whenever i make the picture layer invisible it goes to a grey and white checker is there any way to get rid of that?

- open your car picture
- make a new layer
- fill the layer with white by hitting " ctrl + del "
(maybe you need to hit " D " before, to get back the standard colours black and white )
- lower the opacity of the "white"-layer to about 40 % ( or whatever you like)
- make another new layer
- draw the lines on this secound layer
- when you're done, set the first layers opacity back to 100 %

I gotta question about tooning. I've tooned before (trust me you don't want to see it) but... how do you make lines? the only line tool that i know of is all that vector stuff.. Then they are all on different layers..then i merge them and some of them disappear.. Anyone know what i am doing wrong? Oh, here is a car i tooned for my class Digital Art, using the paintbrush and paint bucket.
