so what? if you didnt pay a ticket theyd arrest you

why should seniors get a break? (well on certain things they should but usually when it comes to the law it doesnt matter who you are, if you havent paid a ticket then there are reprecusions)

Well the Police station is investigating the whole thing and said they're planning on changing there operations, so even they think they screwed up.
