Damn phone keeps changing ring tones

I have a motorola cell phone, but the buttons on the outside control the ring tone (which is the dumbest thing ever). When I have the phone in my pocket and it rattles around, the ring tone changes to something else, usually silent, then I miss all my damn calls. Anyone know how to make it so that the outside buttons don't change the ring tone? I checked the manual, can't find anything

its a clamshell i bet, and there is no way to get around it... the V phones all do this

You can lock the Ring Style application under the Secuirty option and it won't change the style....and only beep at you once. After that it will just have the prompt to enter your lock code. PITA, but it is a workaround....

Hmm, odd. I thought it would be there.

Main Menu->Settings->Security->Lock Application .... no Ring Styles under there?

Been a while since I used my V60.
