Rear bumper mesh

I just got my car back from the muffler shop and the guy didn't cut the mesh around my exhaust tips to suit the size of the tips. What's the best way to cut 2 holes in a meshed rear bumper when the exhaust is already installed? I need to replace the mesh that he cut, where can you get a mesh piece about 4'x2'??
