    Default Drill hole through firewall?

I'm trying to install an incabin manual boost controller and I need to get two vacuum lines into the cabin. I cannot put them through where the wires go because its packed, can I drill a new hole in the fire wall???

there should be a hole bunch of extra hole in the firewall from factory. All sealed up with rubber grommits. what you do i punch a hole in one of the gromits and run the lines through it. that way it keeps a resonable seal as well. Look for rubber circles on the firewall. some may not be easy to see, but they are there.

Yes you can drill a hole. Just run the wires through and seal it up with some silicone.

and use a gromet to prevent the lines from wearing and breaking

and check both sides to make sure you don't drill into anything important.

Unless you have a mercedes because i am pretty sure they have a dual layered firewall with sand in the middle.
