Rust Removal/Paint job

Does anyone know how much would it cost approximately to remove surface rust (along the inside and a bit on the outside) of both rear fenders and to repaint them?
would it be cheaper to just repaint the whole car as well? if so how much total cost am i looking at.

Don't know where your located, but if your here in Calgary, take it down to CTR Autowerks. Good work, for a little less than most places, really great guys too, getting my Zed done over there now. Talk to Chris or Ryan, they'll help ya out, tell them I sent you down there.

ITs just kinda hard to assess the rust damage without pics or anything, better to take it to someone who knows what it will take exactly, and give you a firm quote. Best of luck man.

But if I were to tell you off of the top of my head, and if its truly only surface rust, for a good job. Somewhere in the ballpark of $2000 for the whole car redone.
