Anything to fill small scratches in plastic moulding?

I finally got around to polishing out the scuff from when my car got hit and runned.

but there are still a lot of noticeable scratches in the plastic moulding... is there anything I can use to fill it?

and any idea what it would cost to take out the dent? Can something that big be done paintless?
