Yah I contemplated which way to go a lot but settled on the 52 because down the line I could throw 2 26 inch boxes on top for more space if needed.
Nice. I have been looking at the 46" one. Will be my next purchase for garage.

Usually I wait for the leaks to surface like for @ExtraSlow 's art room escapades but I'll make an exception here

Thanks man! I’m super excited. Going to start playing with designs this week and see what I can come up with without being too much of an eyesore haha.

Haha all you need is a 7 car garage and whatever house you want to go along with.

Eventually when I build the dream home, I plan to have a see through glass wall from the garage looking into the house so that I can keep an eye on all the cars regularly. Just an idea if you wanna implement I wouldn't mind. haha.

I was thinking of building a gym on top of a 10 car garage with glass on the floor so you can look at the cars while training haha!

I’ll bounce a few things off you as I’m coming along

Oh absolutely, any time. And that too is a great fucking idea with a glass gym floor, though I wonder if a glass floor could support heavy gym equipment. On commercial setting they do vibration studies for this purpose but I imagine residential also likely has some stipulations. But throw enough money at a problem and they come up with ways around it, haha. And that's a fucking wonderful piece of land. I actually prefer to not to be backing on the lake even though that is more desirable. If it's not going to be a full-time residence, the upkeep of lake backing properties is quite gross when you attend after a while. Our Sylvan Lake property backing on to the lake had this issue and every time you went there on a weekend, you spent half a fuckin day just cleaning up the outsides, rather than enjoying.

EDIT: I look at that picture and get reminded how beautiful Kelowna is. It's the ideal place to retire to in Canada if you can swing it as it's obviously not cheap.

A home gym in Kelowna is madness with the eye candy available at the local establishments.

One of those Carndominiums would be cool on that lot.

I wouldn’t put any glass where the gym equipment goes haha. Just some spots here and there where you could look through and just be thick enough to support somebody walking on it.

One of the reason I bought the property is because I have a condo on the lakefront next door, so I’m hoping to build the garage/gym space and have a separate detached rental on it. We’ll see what the city goes for and what we decide on in the end but really excited to of locked it down.
