I think it might have been that one of the spark plug slots is stripped, when i took the plug back out, white smoke came out of the whole?
Any Idea's?

It should still start if only one cylinder is not firing. Perhaps you used the incorrect gap or reattched the plug wires in the wrong order?
You start with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.
