Communities around the U of A

I am looking online for some condos around the U of A area. Can anyone tell me the names of the communities located around the U of A area, so I know where to look on MLS or Welist.

Windsor Park, McKernan, Belgravia are all around the U of A. Strathcona is down by Whyte ave, but kinda close.

There are a number of Condos along Saskatchewan drive, which, I think, is technically Strathcona.

Would anyone know if Glenora is near the University

It is across the river, the closest route (driving) is via Groat road. It takes about 10 - 15 minutes door to door in winter. Glenora is similar to Mount Royal in Calgary, in terms of the types of houses (and general income of the owners).

North Glenora is more middle class.

If you are looking north of the river for condos, there are a lot of condos going up in the Oliver area. By car, you're looking at probably 10 - 15 minutes.
