They're soo cute and I want one!! But is the coloring on the dogs real?

The picture of the first one has been circulating on the net for years now. The best guess is that its a chow puppy with its fur dyed to look like a panda

I'm not sure what the name of the first dog is but I always see people walking 2 of them really late at night and 2 little puppies, next time I will ask. Last week I guess one of the dogs actually got away and was running around in my back yard while I was mowing the lawn and when i went to go get it, it ran away

yeah, looks like a baby shih-tzu... i know my mom had a litter of shih-tzu / bichons and she sold the runt to my uncle who still has her and she is full grown and she is tiny, but veyr high strung, so if you got a runt from a shih-tzu / bichon litter it'd turn out like fluffy.

Ya, I saw it a long time ago too but it just camed across my path again. I thought it was a chow but didn't know if it was dyed or if it was some wierd breed.

no, its quite possible that the face marking are natural.

Shih Tzu puppies... I would guess the coloration is natural

There used to be some show on television that had a host that had this wild dog that was dyed hyper pink.

as you can see its quite nautral and common for shih-tzu's to have the eye ptch markings.

It's 100% a Chow Chow. Look at it's tongue, it's black. The only dog that doesn't have a pink colored tongue is the Chow Chow.

I wasn't aware that the Chow is the ONLY one with a black tongue, but I did know that a bluish-black tongue was a trait of the Chow. Many people have said that chows are the only ones with that colour tongue but no one seems to be able to say for sure.

There's been a lot of blog discussions about the panda dog pics and that's how they were able to narrow it down to being a chow. Are you 100% sure that there aren't any other dogs that have that colour of tongue?

The pink dog is disgusting... this is coming from a person who thinks that dog clothes are adorable!!!
