Umm, Sony has one but it is a little bigger.
Some company called BlueGear (www.bluegear.com) has a computer just like that aswell, the screen sizes aren't as big though.

I wonder how they dealt with heat issues on the G5 in something that small though? Theres problems on the PowerMACs and those things are running 9 fans and heat sinks bigger than that whole computer!

Make a list of what you expect and then look at a MAC and PC and see if it offers what you want.

mac's r more production based, if ur looking to do more work faster, mac is the way to go...video, picture, and other editing is much easier to do on a mac, takes less time from my experience...but for the average person, editing and performance applications for video editing etc isn't the only reason to have a computer, gaming-wise pc's dominate, if your at all interested in playing games mac is definately not the way to go...the choice between a mac and a pc doesn't really have a direct answer, you need to determine wut ur gona b usin hte computer for to answer that question.
