I went to Calgary Safety Council and it was fine.
I dont think they differ too much, except for the instructors.

    fantastic, then it's decided.

So you take the course and then at the end of it you get the licence or what?

you get your license only if you pass the test at the end.

Where did you take your test? They (the examiners) don't "ding" you for not looking both ways, only if you can not complete the manouvers properly.

Too cool is an excellent school, they provide a pretty decent beginner manual and the instructors are very knowledgable and skilled.
Their bikes are always only 2 years old at the most. Except for maybe the dirt bikes.
Although they can be in pretty bad shape from everyone dropping them.
    I highly recommend too cool.

I took my test at McMahon's Parking Lot with A-Driving school, this was before Mike, Trevor and them started Too Cool. But yeah, I got dinged for not looking both ways by the tester..

My folks too Easy Riders, and have both said if they were to do it again... They would have went elsewhere... The school was alright... Byut after to talking to people that took Too Cool they thought it seemed a lot more informative...

My advise..... Too Cool all the way...

I took the ASA course in edmonton and I recommend it. The instructors all had 15 years experience under there belts and all were really good guys that made the time more enjoyable. All the instructors all wrote different bikes also so they had tips for every rider and they were very good. I think one was even a rider in the ama canadain superbike champonship but I forgot his name.
