so im in chestermere parked cuz im waiting for a friend, rcmp pulls up...makes me get outta the jimmy. searches the whole thing, i ask "are u allowed to search my vehicle" he replies " i can do whatever the fuck i want, this is my city" he takes my license, then says "get the fuck outta my city go home" goes to my friend in the other car and says"do u know these troublemakers" and w.e then he leaves...can i file a complaint for this... he wasnt allowed to search right? thanks

They can't do anything if they found anything in your car if they didn't have probable cause to search. However since he didn't find anything, I don't think you can do anything about the search that already happened. What a crappy experience, very odd that the cop would speak like that, weird.

Hope you wrote down his badge number or at least the number on his cruiser so you can file a formal complaint.

i aint leaving anything out..i told u the story exactly as it happened..i also called the rcmp station or w.e and filed a complaint, lady said the staff seargeant will give me a call monday..im just pissed off he searched my vehicle and had to be a fagget about it..i guess its just my luck with cops

cuz its not coincidence that the cops come after u all the time..

seriously...cops are usually nice to me. ive probably been pulled over 4 times for speeding and ive gottten 2 tickets and got off with a warning the other 2 times. that time i pulled that stunt with the fence i could have been charged with hit and run and whole bunch of other things, but the po-lice gave me a break

no dude...i saw him behind me right when i got into chestermere..i didnt do one thing wrong..he didnt come up to me until i parked in the parking lot
