    Default My Aprilia RS125

    yo all

i have myself an Aprilia RS125, i have just had it deritricted, and although fun i am planning on haveing this bike for a few years so i wanted to make it better now whilst i have the money.

so i have ordered an Arrow - full racing system

i am curios to know what kind of improvements im going to see and and spec changes of my bike, also the effects of haveing it on will do to my bike. so if anyone has any knowleadge of these things any help is appriciated.

also is there anything else i can do to it, any other simple tuneing i can have done that isnt going to cost the earth?

main thing is i wanna be able to cream my cousins civic type R, but i dont want my bike to then have a life expectancy of 2 weeks.

    all help appriciated,

and im not entirly sure if there legal here.

and do i really have a long way to go against that type R i mean its a standard one, and i heard it only had a 0-60 in 6.5 were my bike has one of 6.4

and are you sure 15hp ??? i mean thats friggin loads. thats a 50% increase in power!! not that im complaining if your correct.

ok just seen what you were on about with

    "15.00 HP (10.9 kW)) @ 7000 RPM"

thats not what this system will give me. but im not sure what this is on about so you can explain if you want. i mean this bike has 33bhp but i dont know how it works if you do it @ xxxxrpm

dude, you got the ultimate twisty killer!! i would love to get my hands on that bike and show people who's boss in the turns!! learn to ride it, and nobody will be able to touch you.

it isn't street legal in Canada, and almost impossible to get one over here. is your bike carbed? or does it have seperate injectors for the oil and gas?

dyno-tuning is your best bet to get the most out of a full exhaust system.

good luck and post some pics of your bike!!

    hell its good fun

i was out on it last night and i got to a corner and thought 'ill take it a bit faster than normal' and as i got to it i paniced and wanted to brake (knowing thats a no no round a corner) i thought i better just go for it! coming out of the corner for the next one was top from being that far leaned over

and shem about them not being legal over there.

and i dont know but i think its carbed.

what will they do adsacly if i get it tuned on a dyno????

pretty much get your air/fuel ratio perfect, and set your timing to get the most out of your full system.
