    Default Powdercoat

    Anyone know any products that remove powdercoat? I am trying to get some off of my tow hooks on my truck.

    So fa i have tried varsol, thinner, and acetone. All with no luck. any other suggestions?

    My dad's blazer has those two fugly hooks coming out of the bumper. The powdercoat looks pretty durable, and I don't think that any thinner will remove it.

    Actually, the only thing that comes to mind is a product called "Aircraft Paint Remover". I remember it stipped my wheels really good when I wanted to paint them.

    Nevermind, i got fed up and took a grinding wheel on a drill to them. Problem solved!
