you can do this with a progrm called Poster7
problem is most printers cant print right to the edge so there is a LOT of trimming involved.
saw this shit on vwvortex a couple months ago..people whored their printers at work to print massive pics of their cars and shit haahhah
bumped to see if anyone actually did this?
yeah, the gibson pic is on my floor, still gotta cut it and glue it on a board
hey just a quick question for anyone who has done this....is htere a specific program that you need to print this? i have tried everything but i can't figure it out. it comes up in microsoft word as a bunch of code. i don't know...any help would be very much appreciated. thanks in advance....
I did this a couple months ago with that site. I used 11 x 17 paper, it was printed on a new digital color copier
This thing is around 4.5' wide x 6.5' tall. Turned out wicked.
Took me around 4 hours to trim and put together. It was a pain in the ass.
Machining, Fabricating, Welding etc.
nice cat! lol
but anyhow, what program did you use to print it? i really wanna find out...and when i'm done i'll post my pic....
thanks
I printed from photoshop. The website puts your image into pdf format. I had to play with it for a while to get the best printout. I couldn't get it to print to the edges of the page even though our new copier will do it. It just wasn't turning out right.
Machining, Fabricating, Welding etc.
what dot size would I use for a poster about 6x3 feet on 8x11" paper? I printed one off with 10mm but it looks cheap?!?
CONCRETE PATIO SPECIAL, PM ME FOR DETAILS!
use the smallest one
Machining, Fabricating, Welding etc.
dont go thru all that trouble...
if u have a lexmark printer, its easier than sinning to make posters:
I made one of my avater, looks really good when actually put together, will the smaller dot size make it look better?
