got thru to bmw gallery, girl i was talking to said there isn't a set price for transmission fluid flush since the fluid is lifetime, however she's gonna price it out and give me a call back...
I am guessing somewhere in the $500-700 range.
But yes, calling is the best.
An Indy show in Edmonton charged $500 for a 2001 330i.

did you do a flush? or a drain and fill?
That sounds very expensive, is it the labour or fluid that is making it so expensive?Originally posted by Senseiz

we charge about 140-180$ for a synthetic fluid exchange flush, which uses about 14 liters and 2 additives (BG) (I imagine BMW uses a special ATF, but often BG's synthetic ATF is up to par and far cheaper)
any car, its universal so long as it has the cooler lines which can hook up to it, no filter change required on imports 99% of the time.
its a bit harder on german cars because they lack dipsticks many times, but its certainly not 500$ hard
It was pretty well split down the middle in terms of cost.
I would have to look at some receipts,
Trying to remember off memory:
the fluid was $150++
Labor was 2 hours $200
Gasket + filter $70
It added it really quick.
It is for a steptronic. Capacity of fluid is 20L.
Probably a bit cheaper for a standard since it has less capacity.
