It's funny how everyone wants to improve their fitness for a new years resolution. It's so hard to workout during Jan cuz the gym's are packed, then it dies down slowly when people give up. May I make a suggestion to all who make this ridiculous resolution, make your resolution to make it to the gym 3-5 times/week for a year. Then next year you won't have to lose weight or get into shape or work your ass off for 1 month.

    1. Get into the Sports and Rec Business program at Mt.Royal.
    2. Have the most successful golf season yet, and do whatever it takes to get this done.
    3. In reference to #2, continue my 6 days/week at the gym, cut down drinking even more than I have, practice hard and often.

    That is all.

EDIT: Stop wasting so much time on beyond, hahahah sorry rage but cruising this shit 8 hours a day is just not healthy.

    1. Make no resolutions because I'll never keep them.
    2. Make some resolutions through out the year when times get hard.
