Thumbs up Small Things matter at Derdall Designs

A Couple of weeks ago, I got a Compustar Remote Car Starter installed from Derdall Designs. Though all the dealers in Calgary be doing a great job by I noticed that even very small things mattered with them. I got my Car neat and clean - like you can't tell it something has changed in there. All wires and system hidden and the system working like a Charm. The guy there explained very patiently the difference between systems, how to work on the remote (though it was coooold outside and he was only with his shirt on), I took my time to understand everything and he never got in hurry. Not only this - while waiting, they suggested if anyone needed a ride to Chinook centre while working on car, they would drive to. I believe, these guys should be given chance to work on your car. Highly recommended.

I'm not their sponsor or anything, just a happy customer with good job done.

I don't think anyone has left unhappy from their shop. They are a committed group of guys.

I am sponsored by Derdall and everyone that I have refered to them has left happy. What babs00 wrote is not spam... go in there and see for yourself... the service is top notch.

oh boy ! tough people here to impress.

I I did have a good job done on my car and it was just one way of thanking them by posting over here. I don't need to justify anything - there work will speak all. As for the negative people, I think, they would alway remain negative no matter what you say - that's there way of life. And yeah ! the only two negative here I see are Traders - may be that's their way of publicity - buyers' beware !!

    Derdall is awesome.

Got a compustar and Alpine stereo installed in my CRV. Top notch work. Looks stock, sounds great.

Visions on the other hand did a very crappy job installing a viper in my Prelude. I went back to ask them to fix it ("lifetime warranty on install") but they said to take a hike.

I bought an alarm there for my dad because I heard good things from them, was gonna install it myself, but then dad decided not to install the alarm as he is thinking of getting a new car soon, so I was able to return brand new still in box after 30 days, great guys
