    A truly idiotic car thief. That's what police are calling the person who stole a Vancouver couple's car, beefed it up and then parked it downtown without changing the license plates or vehicle identification number. The pair had their '95 Prelude stolen over Christmas. When they picked it up at the impound yard this week they barely recognized it. Whoever stole it spent up to 7 thousand dollars adding things like a new driver's door, tinting the windows and installing a hot new sound system.

    um yeah I'll admit to watching Monster Garage (err I don't really see what is wrong with watching the show??? its also what I probably had on my mind when I posted my first reply )...who doesn't watch that show...Jesse James is the shit..
