After you have the video on tape, you need some kind of capture card to get the video on the computer (links computer to camera). Then use whatever software to convert it to whatever format you want, mpeg, avi, etc...

Radio Shack. Mine was $30, but that was to adapt S-video out from the camera into the usb in the computer.
Do you have window's XP? if so it has an easy eding program for vids.

It depends on the video camera you are using. If you have a digital camcorder, all you need to do is pick up a firewire card like the ATI DV Wonder to download the video info to your computer. It will come with all the software you need to compress it into various video formats.
If you have an older camcorder, it should already come with all the cables you need to capture the video off of it. You will need to purchase a video capture card for your computer, they all work pretty much the same, the ATI All In Wonder series is probably one of the better ones out there for the price but then again I haven't checked on the market for a long time so there may be lots of new products. The ATI All in Wonder is a replacement for your current video card, but they also make video capture cards that work alongside your current video card if you are into gaming.

hahahah...naw dude I couldnt do it with a guy around video taping, it would have to be some hot chick..you kow when you're in a public washroom and the urinals are really close and you're trying to piss but you can't cause buddy next to you is almost rubbing elbows with you..I imagine it would be something like that but much much worse.Originally posted by MrX
