Which RPTV you think is best on the market????

I have problem deciding between panasonic PT-53WX42 and Toshiba 50HX82......(in particular)

but feel free to share some of your thoughts on this subject matter.......

dun get me wrong but you can't tell if the TV is a good long lasting TV just by doing a direct comparison in the store for 10+ min.....
I would like to hear some of your experience with the TV, like the build quality and how long they've lasted, and other information.....some ppl said in the review that certain TV have a certain design fault....but, I would like to get some idea from ppl in this forum as well....so....

Sont has the best Product line up since...wel old school sony there Stuff is ver simplistic but has the best quality ,of course excluding there Crappy car Audio Line

I have a JVC but hitachi is the best one by far.

SAMSUNG makes the best Plasma TV's

We spent a good 2 months doing some research on which one lives up to the name and the quality differences between them. When it came down to it, Hitachi seemed to have everything we wanted. It turned out to be an awesome tv, and very easy to adjust on your own so you don't have to pay for the service guy.

I agree, I have a 57" Hitachi HDTV, and shopped around forever looking at everything. This was the one that was the best at the time and hade the desired features.

Watching DVD's was never the same after that.

i heard that pioneer made the first hdtv. dont know if its true though

hdtv i heard that hitachi makes awesome color.

but I heard hitachi had a poor customer support, is that true?

other than that, I read pretty much the same thing thru research......great tv, and blah, blah blah.....(I will take a look at it in soundsurround, and vision) see how good of their TV quality are.

My Hitachi's never broke, so I wouldn't know. I got one from the early 80's that's still going strong in the guest room.

The 57 has been working awesome, its a year old.

We have an oldskool 27" from like 83 and it works awesome.

There is a 33" as well and it works great, we've had that for probably 10 years, and the base model 21" in my room is great as well.

My Dad used to be the Western Canada Hitachi rep back in the 80's...they made great stuff then and make great stuff now.
