Diet depends on alot of factors, you'd have to post your current diet, stats and workout routine at least.
As for Trib supplements, not all are the same, the one you mentioned looks to me like it sucks pretty bad lol.
The best Trib available on the market today will have 90% Furastanolic Saponins and 20% Protodioscin. That one has 45% Furastanolic Saponins and doesn't even list its Protodioscin content. Keep looking around and keep in mind Protodioscin is what will lead to greater LH and FSH production and this is what will bring the mass gains not its Furastanolic Saponins content like everyone will tell you...
Does it work? Yes and no... Not at the dosage they recommend, thats useless. Usualy its 1500mg /day broken up into 3 doses of 500mg, to get an effect you want 5000-7500mg /day broken in 3 doses. It will make a noticable difference at that dosage
Thanks for the heads up...............I work out 5 times a week doing legs on Monday, chest on Tuesday, back on Wed, shoulders on Thursda and arms on Friday I do abss every day after my workouts.
And where can I get the Trib you are referring to?

I buy my trib in bulk powder and cap it myself, you can get the same quality in bottles you just need to check out some labels.

They have it for $14.99 per 100g, which would last you 20 days at 5g /day, so $63 for a 3 months supply which isn't bad considering a bottle costs not much less than that for 1.5g /day for 1 month...
If you shop around you might find it cheaper, keep in mind thats powder only, you need to cap the powder yourself so you'll also need a digital scale, capping machine and gel caps.

the trib wont do much for you, i say save your money or spend it on more protein/ food.

Food is obviously #1, assuming his diet is in check then theres no reason not to branch out to other supplements. Ever tried 7.5g of Trib? If you go by the recommended dose on the label, yeah it useless but I said that already. There really isn't anything else that will help... CEE and Trib are the only natural supplements I've ever had sucess with, L-glutamine works for some but did nothing for me.Originally posted by Wildcat

I was using mega mass 4000 for a while. Diet wise I have been slacking off what is considered a good diet

Spike insulin after you workout, eat high glycemic foods, like banannas, potatoes and whatever(anything over 50)
Then load the protien or have a shake..
