Wow, all that just for speeding? Seems these cops have lost the art reasoning with someone and resort to physical attack with-in 1 minute of approaching the car.

pitwipe its more then a minute, he spent more then a minute trying to get the insurance from her, watch all the videos first.

She deserved it if u ask me, telling a cop to do his job, arguing with him, delaying the process of issuing a ticket, refusing to get off a cell phone, which is hazardous once she starts driving again anyways, refusing to exit the vehicle when approched by a police officer, she had it coming, next time she iwll probably shut her fucking trap and have it done with within 15 minutes instead of going to jail now. dumb bitch.

Her tasing could have been avoided by simply putting down the phone.

    It was her own stupidity.

Aren't tasers suppose to be used to disfuse a dangerous situation by non-lethal means? She was no danger to anyone. Rude? Yes. Uncooperative? Yes. But dangerous? It's an abuse of the weapon IMO.

If I was in that position, tazer for sure. Dont want to take the chance of trying to drag someone out of their vehicle and get stabbed by something. You cannot tell if someone will be dangerous all the time. After all that Tazer was the way to go.
I'll try being nicer if you try being smarter.

I think the taser was correctly used in this situation because if the cops tried to pull her out with force a whole number of things coulda happened. Who knows, the media might edit the police tape for the news and then people will be complaining and stuff like that.
