Rom For Rent: DT Beltline Includes Underground Parking!
Like the title says, I have one room for rent in a two bedroom 1 bathroom + Den condo just off 17th. It is open anytime after June 10th.
Here are the details:
Located 15th ave and 5th st (Directly behind Wicked Wedge Pizza)
The condo was built in the 80's, but rennovated 1.5 yrs ago. It is 830 sq. ft and you will only be responsible for furnishing your room. (46" TV in main room!!) It has no deck/balcony, but rooftop patio with view of 17th, with a barbeque up there. It is a non-smoking condo.
Rent is $650 plus cable/internet/some utilities (Others are covered by condo fees) and this INCLUDES underground parking. I am open to Male or Female, and prefer someone with a normal working schedule as I work M-F 8-5.
