I've been going for walk/runs of about 7 kms.I normally walk about 100 metres , then run about 200 metres ,then walk again.The last 4-5 times I couldn't break 2 hours, 2 minutes.Today I tried running a bit further and just when I thought I couldn't go and further,I pushed a little more ,and I seemed to get a second wind and kept going ! By the time I got home I could barely push the door open , but I beat my best time by 6 minutes ! It was a great feeling ! I guess I had a runners high.. I felt like I had broken through a barrier of sorts. It was good , but kinda weird..
