Default disabling fast user switch on XP for only certain accounts?

is there any way to disable fast user switchin in XP for only one or two accounts? my bro abuses this like there is no tomorrow and it fucks over performance in a lot of places. I use it to leave bittorrent and stuff open in the background over night though, so is there any way I could disable it just for him and leave it enabled for me?

Open regedit and add the disable key (can be found at regedit.com) to HKEY_CURRENT_USER. I would imagine that would work.

Let me know if thats too complicated for you.

I know how to hack up my registry, but I think that would disable switching for everyone? I dunno, I'll let you know if it works when I get home

Don't do it in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, do it in HKEY_CURRENT_USER, and you have to be logged in with the account you want to disable.
