Looking for some quality unflared, hardlines (stainless if they make them) and a place that has good metric and SAE flaring tools. If anyone knows where I can find this stuff, lemme know. Thanks in advance!

have you tired Canadian tire? ive seen their generic hard lines you have to bend them flare them on your own. i think i saw the brake line flaring kit there too. IF not i have also seen teh flaring tool kit at princess auto. good luck man!
Yeah I got some at canadian tire last year... But watch them, they may tell you "such and such a part" can't go together, I can't remember right off, some of the fittings that came stock on my old car, but they weren't allowed to be bought and pieced that way nowadays (or something they were trying to tell me..) I had no problems at all, once I actually bought them and made the new lines... Just be careful not to kink anything
