There was a special edition made with a panorama glass roof that had 500 I believe. Either way, it's gonna be the faster, better car.Originally posted by sCream

great, we're moving on from street cars to street suv's....It has the raw power to outperform the Porsche Cayenne Turbo, while providing exceptional ride and handling, world-class braking, race-inspired interior appointments and functional, performance-oriented exterior enhancements.”
But its still a JEEP.
425 hp in the jeep? Ive driven the Cayenne turbo... didnt really throw me back as much as oen would expect 500 or 450 hp to.
Much like the SRT-4, It will be still a Cherokee!! My bet is still on the Cayenne in respects to handling.

id have a n/a SUV over a boosted one ANY day.lag sucks
no replacement for displacment
plus for the cost of a turbo cayenne, you could buy two srt jeeps
totally not worth the money

OK. I thought comparing a SRT-4 to Civics, WRX's, RSX-S's was bad enough. Now we're comparing Jeeps to PORSCHES? WTF!!
you need to factor in the weight.... and bling factor.
buying 2 jeeps would make me . I'd rather just burn the money in a firepit.

Panorama sunroof is a stand alone ~ $6,000 option for Cayenne ...
That is why, a fully loaded Cayenne Turbo is over $200K.
Cayenne killer? I rather drive a 9 second 0-60mph Porsche then a 6 second Cherokee!
(I like Grand Cherokee too, I had one for a yr. )

i think the price on these is like 50-60 grand, for the price i thinks its the best SUV u can find, iam pretty sure the cayenne turbo will beat it but look how much u would have to pay, like near 200 000 for the top of the line cayenne which is mostly luxury and power, but werent SUV meant to go where cars cant?? jeep will own it offroading and has the power and style all for ALOT less then the porsche. just imagine a blower and a performance chip for that 6.1L hemi with the shit load of cash u would save from not buying the turbo cayenne
IF i had the money tho, i would take the porsche
but yeah, its stupid now days how SUVs arent even SUVs no more, NONE of the newer suv's will even compare to the older landcruisers for the offroading part which is what suv's should be able to do best, they are trying to compete with sports cars
