    Default 88 Prelude OBD??

I was wondering if I were to advance my timing on my 88 Prelude Si, if I would have to adjust anything else besides rotating the distributor cap? My friend said I might have to reset my ECU so that my car's computer still thinks everything is alright. But I'm wondering if my car even has an on board computer. Could someone shed some light? thanks
