Would anyone recommend some earbud headphones for 50 bucks or less? I don't want to go too crazy with price since these will end up being used on the ski hill, but want something so it doesn't sound like I am listening to music out of a tin can...

Hmm, honestly if your going to be riding alot, get some good in ear noise cancelling ones. they usually 100 bucks (i know, more than you want) but they should cut down on wind noise. that and they are more comfortable for long periods of time than earbuds. with obviously better sound quality.
Future shop is having a sale (or so i heard on the radio) on macleod go check some out, they have JVC, Bose, Panasonic, JBL.

I just got 2 of these. One for office, the other for psp. At the office, it works sweet! I can't even hear my the keyboard click when I type. The bass is very deep, a bit too deep for the listening to voice conversations on the radio.
I don't know about the durability yet. All I know is it's comfortable in my ear, and it's only $15 so I have no complains.
EDIT: It comes with 2 sets of in-ear foams, that's a nice little bonus.
