Alright, Camping season is here, looking for campground recommendations, reviews, and such.
Format should be as follows, and with a maximum of 3 pictures. Please post campgrounds that you visit, that you would be willing to visit again, with costs at the site, things to watch out for, etc...
So, let me start this off!
This is from our second trip this year, Lundbreck Falls, AB.
Distance from Calgary: ~200kms
Costs: $24 / night powered, 17 / night no service
Water and trailer dump located in the town of Lundbreck at the fire station.
The campgound is nice, with a full time live in park staff. Firewood is $8/bundle or 2 for $15. The camp sites themselves are all pretty much on top of each other here, so privacy is at a premium, but nice scenery, and you can be right on the river.
You can see the walking path just the other side of our picnic table.
And awesome to have something like this so close by.
