Seems like they have some really good pricing even after USD to CAD conversion...
Anyone buy large electronics from them lately like a TV??? Any issues???
Or is it a hassle?
Cheers,
Chris

I've bought a monitor from them that was quite large and heavy - perfect experience. B&H is really good with shipping I have found over the years.
If the price made sense, I'd have no problem buying from them.

I too bought a large expensive monitor (same one as Matt I think haha) from B&H - no isssues whatsoever. They are a stand up company that does an unbelievable amount of business. If something happens to it they will look after you. The customer relations manager is active on many forums as well and is very reasonable.
Should be free shipping to Canada too over $99, and make sure you pick the option for them to handle the customs and fees
I have only bought small items from them, but I would have no problem buying something bigger. Their service is great along with the free shipping & pre-paid duties/fees so there are no surprises when it arrives.
How long does it take for shipping to Calgary using the Purolator ground option?
4-5 business days every time I've ordered something.Originally posted by Escape

Last thing I ordered took 5 business days total, including the day I placed the order and the day received.
That's my experience as well, 4-5 days.
But I have never order anything bigger than 2'x2'x5' box.
Strange, it's been 5 business days and purolator tracking still says it's in the usa
My tracking info said either USA or Toronto until they day it was delivered - I wouldn't worry too much. Could also be slightly different for enormous packages like a TV.Originally posted by Escape

amazing pricing, i went there to compare them to costco to come back here and post "why not just get it at costco" but yeah, some of their prices are just mind blowing.

On TVs, they seem to come in at a couple of hundred less depending on make and model.Originally posted by Thaco

I guess it ultimately depends on your credit card company USD conversion at the time of purchase.
Some of the models I was looking at, the delivered price with duty and taxes was the price here before taxes and currently the sale price.
the one i was looking at specifically (because it was the same model at both stores, 65" sharp n7000u) was 900 at BH and 2000(plus tax makes 2100) at costco. worst case scenario you pay 50% more for exchange/tax/duty, you're still at 1350, still 2/3 of the price.Originally posted by topher91

^^ That is a ridiculous deal, nice find.
At first I was like wow, then I thought Sharp went under, then I read that all Hisense has been rebranded as Sharp in NA. Now it made sense.Originally posted by Thaco
