That's the lot, 30' in the front and 36' in the back. The little box beside the 36 is the side the garage would be on, but the builder is willing to put in a 22x24 without issue so I don't think easements or anything like that would be an issue.
No-go on the "no pad but credit me" scheme either.
If I do the Marth and divide the total square footage of 22x24 by the $5k, I come out to $9ish/sqft, which seems like the high going rate based off my few minutes of google?
Found an old thread here where someone was asking about pad extensions as well, sounds like it can be done at least...
