Maybe I have a different definition of fun but if I wanted to go for a fun drive around town I would pick my Miata 10/10 times over my Fiesta and GTI.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Doesn't its price now reelect that, though? I think a 2020 Z is only about $32k. (Obviously not the Nismo). Does a $32k Mustang destroy it?This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Let’s trade, Miata vs Trackhawk comparison. Which is more fun. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Also, mandatory two dudes in the Miata if the top is down. Hand holding optional.

It has a dyno chart built into the cluster? Did I read that right?
...
It would have to be extremely small. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Oh, wait - that's not going to be a problem.

^That looks pretty cool.
GR86 embargo lifted.
Just curious if anyone has ordered a 2022 Base BRZ around here and what kind of lead times they are looking at delivery wise? Probably my next car unless I can find a manual slicktop 230i.
I checked the new BRZ out a couple times and I do not fit at all. Headroom is reduced, the column also now interferes with my right knee. The interior is wider and yet less useful due to trunk opening size and rear seat storage with the seat back folded. Pretty disappointed as I think this car is one of the few ones that has a reasonable value to msrp ratio.
IMO the GR86 is a real looker (the front end just looks a little better than the BRZ). I love what they did with these cars and hope they sell well.
I agree, and I hope the seat is lower in the GR86. I do wish the price was closer to the BRZ price. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
That's too bad, something like 37" front head room cross it off the list for me too unfortunately. They finally got the power and styling right vs price. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Curious - how tall are both of you? The 86 is on my short list but I have yet to sit in one, I'm 5'11.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I fit “ok” in my 13 but headroom could be slightly better.
Someone buy one and get the plate BABYNSX lol.
Damn. I was gonna check it out, but doesn’t sound like it’ll work. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

My wife ordered a 2022 BRZ, I think I'm looking forward to it more than she is. I fit in the one the dealer in Saskatoon had @ 6'0, I have a 31" inseam, shorter legs than average by an inch or so. I wouldn't call it spacious, but I did fit well enough. I fit in the 2022 BRZ/86 better than I did in the new Miata with the hardtop retractable roof. Seat goes back a lot farther than the Miata's too. Still looking for a replacement for her LC500 when the lease is up, but we're going to lease the BRZ for an inexpensive 2nd summer car for 2 years and see how it goes.
