What's the weirdest thing you got while trick-or-treating as a kid?

Weirdest thing I got was a palm sized bible of just the new testament. Who gives out bibles?! wtf.

i got a can of soy milk one year....i almost threw it back...that was more of a trick than a treat i guess...you got a bible lol..i can just picture that..here sonny..go to hell on halloween with a bible!!!

like 5 or 6 years ago some house in Falconridge was giving away little "knock off" Digi Pets or Digimons what ever those things where called any how the battery's would last like 4 days and then they would stop working

A woman who was giving away sections of twizzlers? (not sure of the brand)... they're really thin and like string (the red licorice that is) and come in a bag.
What was super gross was the way she was dividing her licorice. She looped the twizzler around her toe and unrolled it until she was standing upright and then she twisted it off and gave it to you.
There were licorice peices all along the street near her house from kids who threw theirs away like we did.

there was one house on the east side in airdrie where the a guy had a cotton candy machine, and he made bags and bags and bags of cotton candy while you were there watching and he'd give every kid and perant a bag of cotton candy... it was fucking tits
