    Default Car trouble

It just won't start. It's a 99 civic and when I turn the key it doesn't start.

Does it turn over? If so then the battery might be done. If it just clicks and doesn't turn over it might be your starter.
    Check you battery first.

Could be so many possibilities that might cause your car not to work. The question now is, if the engine will turn over? Also you might want to check if you have anything disconnected, such as spark plugs, battery terminals, etc. If all else fails take it to the shop (tow it) for a check up. Sorry can't help much more.

I doubt anything was disconnected. He can't change his own tires, let alone take out a spark plug.

If it's auto, maybe it's still in gear....If not then probably just jour battery. I can't see it being anything else on a 99 Civic
