That would have been the ultimate decoy and it may have been the case! Last year, a ship was seized for illegal transport and then they checked the dock where it's sister ship docked and found remnants of a huge transport! But to think the drug lords would sacrifice that much in order to have a second ship hit port......the drug god's must be crazy!
