    Talking Taking possession today!

Meeting with my realtor to get the keys to the condo after work today... Fuck I'm so excited I can't possibly focus on work (which brings me to Beyond )!

A question for the many others here who have gone through this process many times before: am I in the clear now? No more fucking paperwork?

Pre-owned. I forget what the deal with title insurance was, but I bought it, so that should take care of any issues that come up with that right? Or is there someone I need to see about that to make sure the title is clean?

I didn't really get excited moving into my house. My parent's place was nicer .

    Thanks guys

I didn't think the whole process would go by so quickly... I started looking at condos with my realtor exactly 31 days ago... 32 days ago I didn't really anticipate buying until next year some time! I couldn't really stand living at home after coming back from uni though... I mean, I get along with my parents just fine, but still... after living on my own out east for 4 years it was an uncomfortable step backwards. Especially cause they live Citadel (NW booneys) so there was an hour and a half wasted in transt every day.

But now the new place is in the downtown core at 8th street/3rd ave SW, a 4 minute walk from work, 5 minute walk to Kensington, 5 minute walk to Eau Claire mall, and a 5 minute bus ride to 17th Ave! Haha sure makes not having a car a lot easier to take.

And Rav4 and anyone else who works downtown I'd definately be down for an afterwork BBQ sometime next month... my front porch faces the bike path along the river, and skirt season is just around the corner
