Are there any condo appraisers on here? Anyone you'd recommend? My broker's in Edmonton and she needs me to find an appraiser here. I'm not sure where to start looking.

I have had nothing but great experiences with McDonald Copeland. Their number is 283-3322. Just make sure they are on the approval list (if your lender has one). Some lenders with have an approved list of appraisers and any appraisal done for them needs to be done by an appraiser on their list.
