Here's the situation, a buddy and I bought a house together and I am ready to move on. Now if I want to sell my half, but he cant afford to buy me out how can it be done? Is there anyway to do it?

I assume your asking because you do not have an agreement with your partner that deals with a situation where one person wants out. In this situation, you can ask a court for a forced dissolution of the home and a distribution of assets and profits. He goes his own way, you go yours.

Maybe there's a way to buy you out and remortgage? I have access to lots of different and innovative mortgages.
