However I have so many bad habits that its hard to try and do anything because one habit ties to another.
I have 2-3 coffees every day, one while driving to work while having a smoke. Sometimes with a plain donut.
vending machine at work sells chips and chocolate bars, coke machine with nothing but coke and pepsi. people around me at work and social life that smoke, and i smoke as well. and so many o ther things like fast food that i spend money on, and i wanna stop it all but i know i dont have the will power to.
Whats the best route? this is the first time ive thought about and am committed to making a big change and some help would be appreciated as to how to go about this the best way.
