Need Advice On Wheels!!

I have an 03 Lexus IS 300, and its silver.

I want to get some rims that would increase the show of my car, so if you guys have anything in mind that would really make the car look nice please let me know. I want 17's by the way.

If anyone wants to sell there wheels you can let me know what there are and what you want for them.

And I also need 215/45 R 17 All season tires

It came with 17's, but they have performance tires, and i cant use those in the winter, so im looking for some really nice summer rims that i can use my performance tires with, and use the Lexus rims in the winter with all season tires. I gotta keep it at 17 so i can switch the tires around.

they are 5 bolts, but i dont know the offset.
