    This is from the P90 thread. And the one I am going to order, cause I will be starting p90 again pretty soon. This time won't be going to the gym, so gonna get the equipment for home.

    p90 goes on top my door frame i am about 200lb will it fall lol ??

    The one I posted can hold about 300lbs, so you should be fine. I am around there as well, just a little more than 200.

    the beachbody p90x one broke my door frame. but I chose not to screw in the supports
