So Ive gone back to the stock wheel but its been so long that i have no idea how to reconnect the horn.

Where does this wire connect to? The wheel is out of a 94-95 jdm car i believe.

There should be a harness plug back there somewhere that it connects to... Yours is a Canadian car so I cant remember what it looks liek back there.

If you can't find the plug in the dash.
a) try to trace back the horn wire. I'm sure the horn button you push is just completing the circuit.
b) you'll have to get a setup like this instead:
