As per our policy, we post up every legal threat against our forums. This is the latest one.
Just like the last one, a quick warning to those that have posted about Sean Banerjee. If what you posted is the truth or opinion, there is nothing they can do legally to beyond.ca or to you.
If, however, what you posted is not the truth, then they can have a court order to have us remove the post, release your information, and they can sue you directly.
We're here to provide a forum which often includes reviews that are negative in nature. We can not determine who's story is accurate, therefore we will not remove reviews based simply on what one person says. Removing such content would sacrafice the integrity of our forums. Of course, if you are posting a negative review that is not truthful, you will be responsible for your actions. You are always free to edit your own posts.
As for his requests, we have already cleaned up the posts even before we received the letter from Sean Banerjee's council. In particular, we have removed all Pakistani references, as per his request 4(h). We did not feel Mr. Banerjee's race, or any other racial comments have any bearing on the review of his ebay behavior.
