Default Lactose free Milk (Lactaid milk) where to buy?

I'm lactose intolerant and have been drinking lactose free 2% milk which I've been buying from superstore.
Does anyone know where I can buy Lactose free Homogenized milk?
I've been to all the big name brand groceries store and I can only find 2% and lower.

    Thanks

Have you guys tried the "Rice Dream" rice milk? It tastes pretty good as is another alternative to Lactaid.

You can find it beside the juice cartons and the organic cooler section at Superstore

I'm lactose intolerant and am always excited to find new lactose free products... although I don't know where to get homogenized lactose free milk. The only thing I could suggest is using the drops but that's a pretty big hassle.

Lactose free ice cream.. I've found Chapman's lactose free ice cream in a few different flavours at Co-op stores. I haven't seen it at any other "big box" grocery stores despite them carrying Chapman's brand.

haha they have rice milk and almond milk and all that.... its basically a puree of the grain/nut mixed with water.

Why would you want more fat in your milk? If anything I would suggest going the other way and heading towards skim lactaid milk.

I have been following the lacky way for close to 13 years now and I just avoid dairy altogether. Dairy does have some inflammatory properties.

Another suggestion if you really want to do the homogenized milk thing is to just talk the lactaid drops or pill.

Random fact for ya though, somewhere between 70 and 80% of the world is lactose in tolerant. Basically everyone other then people of european descent.

Yeah they definitely do, but it's not homo milk. I don't think I've ever seen Lactaid homo milk to be honest. Skim ftw anyways!

Yeah why would you want lactose free homo milk?

2% Lactate in the blue cartons which I've found usually in Safeway.

    Or

2% Lactose free chocolate milk at Co-Op.

Is it possible to not always be lactose intolerant? or just lactose sensitive? I've never had an issue eating ice cream, ever. I get a green tea buzz from Jugo and it has 1/5 2% skim milk and yogurt and no problems. But when ever I eat lobster with cream sauce, it always gets me. If I drink a HK style milk tea, it'll get me but not always.

    WTFFFFFFF.......

There are times when I take those lactate pills and it still gets me! But not always!

Try Goats milk. It's available almost everywhere and it only comes full fat.
