    Default Martial Arts for Adults?

Anything like this offered in south Calgary? I'm 23 and looking to try out some form of martial art. I have limited experience (took kickboxing for a few months when I was 13), so essentially I'm a complete newbie.

    Anyone got any ideas?

Trico Center has drop-in kick boxing wed and friday at 5:00 pm, I haven't been but it might be something to look into without having to commit to anything

A few years ago, I went into Yu's Tae Kwon Do, on flint road (just off Macleod and Heritage).

They had adult classes for $1000 (can't remember how many classes, or any other details).

I couldn't take use them because of work schedule conflict, but call them?

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

I went to their Queensland location for a while. Good workout and nice people. Price is a bit expensive but they really focus on the theory and education as well as the physical aspects.
